How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed via our online store on a limited number of products, or by telephone. When using our online store we ask you to register on our website. Once you have registered, Biomedical Equipment Corp. will send you an email with instructions on how to activate your account. You will need to activate your account before you can log in.
How can I pay for my product?
You may pay with a MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card, a check, or by electronic funds transfer. We also accept Paypal and Google checkout.For online orders, only credit cards are accepted.
Is my order secure?
If you choose to pay by credit card via our website, your details are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and Biomedical Equipment Corp. does not collect nor store your credit card details.
Do you offer financing for equipment purchases?
Biomedical Equipment Corp. offers attractive lease programs with terms ranging from 24 to 60 months through reputable leasing companies or you may opt to choose your own.It's quick and easy to apply. Unlike loans that take weeks to process and volumes of paperwork, your lease application is simple. A simple one-page application is needed and in most cases your lease can be approved in 24-48 hours.
Who will service the products I purchase?
While most vendors outsource their support to a 3rd party, we offer first line of support on the products that we sell both hardware and software.
Do your products have a warranty?
All our new or remanufactured products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, usually one year, although some may include 3 – 5 years. In case of used products the warranty is provided by us and ranges between 30 - 180 days.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Orders are processed according to your requirements and using all mayor carriers like UPS, FEDEX or DHL. Domestic and Global shipments for equipment can be processed via a global shipping company or freight forwarding agent.
Do you ship product internationally?
Yes. International shipments for equipment can be processed via a global shipping company or freight forwarding agent.
What is your return policy?
